Payment and design direction

After payment, we send a style preview and confirm the main content together. This preview establishes the visual direction; it is not the completed website.

Build the first version

With the style and content agreed, we build the first version. Simple starter websites can receive a first draft within 24 hours when payment is received and content is ready.

Feedback and approval

Design revisions within the agreed scope are part of the build. We refine the website with you until you are happy with the design.

Launch and domain connection

After the client confirms the final result, we guide the client through website deployment and domain connection.

Domain and hosting are not included

Domain, hosting, server, and third-party service costs are not included unless stated. We do not force a monthly hosting lock-in. For account security, clients should purchase and manage domains, hosting, and third-party services using their own account and payment method. We can guide you step by step.

Client-owned accounts

Clients keep ownership of their accounts, domains, hosting, and third-party services. We provide step-by-step guidance where needed.

Project communication and workflow

Project scope, invoice, and final delivery records are confirmed by email.

Before you choose

Is the website fee a subscription?
No. Starter, Care and Active are one-time website fees in AUD, with 1 year of the selected support level. Optional Care maintenance after that is AUD $99 for another year, purchased separately without automatic renewal.
How do design revisions and extra costs work?
Design feedback and revisions within the agreed scope are part of the build. We work with you until you are happy with that design. If you request work outside the agreed scope, we explain it and agree any extra fee with you before proceeding. There are no surprise charges.
When will I receive a preview?
Timing depends on the agreed project and the content available. Simple starter websites can receive a first draft within 24 hours once payment is received and content is ready. A style preview is not a completed website; the 1-hour preview in our Cornerstone case describes that project only.
Is a booking system included in a standard package?
Standard packages include a showcase website and contact form. Booking workflows, membership management and admin systems are scoped separately. Full-stack projects start at AUD $1,799 and include 2 years of bug fix support within the agreed build scope.
